Facilitators establish the CEO culture with a goal of creating an environment that is all about learning.

They invent, refine and innovate in ways that connect participants with the community, collaborate with CEO board members and most importantly provide guidance to the participants.

Meet our Facilitator

Hannah Allison.

Hannah Allison is the Program Director of Edwardsville CEO. She received her bachelor's in education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is an alumna of Edwardsville High School. She holds a Career and Technical Educator Endorsement in Entrepreneurship & Entrepreneurial Studies. Hannah has always had a passion for teaching and was delighted to become involved with CEO after teaching in the classroom school for seven years. She is thrilled to be a part of a program that integrates students from all three local high schools, Edwardsville High School, Father McGivney Catholic High School and Metro-East Lutheran High School. Hannah is excited to help lead a program that combines education with real-life experience while placing a high value on community growth and development. 2024-2025 will be her seventh year connecting students to the endless opportunities that exist in their own community. Hannah views CEO as a unique way to promote the hometown that helped shape her into the person she is today. Hannah lives in Edwardsville with her amazing husband, Zach, and their two wonderful children.
