Heather Mueller-Jones comes from a family of entrepreneurs. Her father and both brothers own their own businesses! She has grown up learning what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur.

Today, she shared her own entrepreneurial journey of becoming an attorney, specializing in civil defense litigation, and opening her own law firm (Mueller Callis Lander, LLC). She shared a wealth of advice for our aspiring entrepreneurs:

You will 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊 𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐃. There is no way around it. The hard work will eventually pay off!

You will have 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐒𝐘𝐍𝐃𝐑𝐎𝐌𝐄. Everyone is new at something at some point in their lives.

You will need to 𝐁𝐔𝐈𝐋𝐃 𝐀 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌. Build your relationships and realize that EVERYONE DESERVES RESPECT.

You will 𝐅𝐀𝐂𝐄 𝐔𝐍𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐒. It is how you react to those challengers and your ability to pivot that determines your success and makes you who you are.

Heather, thank you for your time, energy and willingness to meet with us this morning. We truly appreciate it!
