Edwardsville CEO had the incredible opportunity to tour 3 amazing locations in St. Louis this past week.

🏛️ Gateway Arch is a mix of an urban area within a national park -- this presents it's own set of unique challenges
🏛️ Get as much life experience as you can!
🏛️ Be aware, and take care of, your mental health. You cannot take care of others if you do not take care of yourself.
🏛️ There will always be unforeseen circumstances…you have to be willing to adapt & pivot
🏛️ Listening to customer feedback is very important
🏛️ Teamwork is vital – it takes all departments, all members of the team, communicating and collaborating to create an enjoyable customer experience
