This week, CEO students were able to take, and dive into, their DISC personality assessments with National Development Coach and certified DISC trainer, Jeff McMillian!

While Jeff spends his days as a National Development Coach for Wells Fargo Advisors, he also pursues his passion of building relationships and positively influencing others through his side hustle as the Owner of AudioMac Productions (a premier DJ service in STL)!

Jeff dove into the DISC assessment and helped our students understand not only how to read their results, but how to apply those results to yield better communication with those that surround them in their professional and personal lives.
