This morning, the class of 2025 was finally able to meet DOUG VILLHARD, or as we like to call him in CEO, our π˜Ύπ™π™žπ™šπ™› π™€π™£π™©π™§π™šπ™₯π™§π™šπ™£π™šπ™ͺπ™§π™žπ™–π™‘ π™€π™π™©π™§π™–π™€π™§π™™π™žπ™£π™–π™žπ™§π™š.

As Academic Director for Entrepreneurship at WashU, along with his long list of successful businesses and ventures, Doug knows a thing or two about business and work productivity.

Doug led students on several activities this morning to show them how important it is to π’π’Šπ’Žπ’Šπ’• π’˜π’π’“π’Œ π’Šπ’ π’‘π’“π’π’ˆπ’“π’†π’”π’”.

He introduced a valuable tool (Trello) which uses the Kanban system (a strategy for optimizing the flow of value through a process that uses a visual, pull-based system) for work efficiency.

Through the activities and discussions, we hope students are armed with the tools to:

πŸ”¨ Visualize the Work
πŸ’ Limit Work in Progress
πŸ‘ Improve Collaboratively

A big thank you to Doug for taking the time to share your insight and knowledge with another group of CEO students! We cannot wait to watch what this crew cooks up!
