Pfund Construction is a family-owned design build company with a never-ending drive to provide exceptional and creative design solutions. This morning, CEO had the opportunity to visit with owners Matt and Kristen Pfund, along with their daughter, Laynie Pfund.

Matt’s passion for construction started in high school when he launched a side hustle – a remodeling business for local projects. Fast forward 30 years…Matt’s small side hustle and passion for construction have evolved into their family-run business; a full line of construction services to reimagine how residents live, work, and play with over 50 employees.

Through their collective experiences, the Pfund family offered some insight into navigating the business world and life outside of high school.
