After executing their class business venture, CEO students transition into workshopping and developing an individual business, a side hustle, that they will launch at our spring trade show.
Students take the lessons and experiences learned from our guest speakers and experiences and combine them with the framework of โ๐ฃ๐ฑ๐ฎ ๐๐ป๐ฝ (๐ช๐ท๐ญ ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ท๐ฌ๐ฎ) ๐ธ๐ฏ ๐๐ท๐ฝ๐ป๐ฎ๐น๐ป๐ฎ๐ท๐ฎ๐พ๐ป๐ฒ๐ช๐ต ๐ฃ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ท๐ด๐ฒ๐ท๐ฐโ โ a series of lessons that we are lucky enough to have taught by Doug Villhard, Academic Director for Entrepreneurship at Washington University.
Over the past several weeks, students have begun workshopping their budding ideas. Through these workshops, students have begun to explore the following concepts:
------> The ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐โฆWhat is it? How do I come up with an idea? What categories exist? How do I nail it?
------> The ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐โฆall businesses exist to solve customer problems. What does an outrageously successful idea need?
------> The ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐โฆHow do I create a โloveableโ solution?
------> ๐๐๐

๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐โฆWhy is this important? What are the classic ways to set yourself apart from your competition?
These brave students are beginning to formulate their ideas, share them with peers and open themselves up to FEEDBACK.
Stay tuned...awesome ideas are in the works!
